Conrad is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer and under his guidance, Butler Mohapi Inc, in Potchefstroom and the newly established Du Toit, Butler & Olckers in Parys offer a diverse range of professional services to the public and many long-standing clients.

As a cornerstone in both firms, Du Toit, Butler & Olckers Inc. as well as Butler Mohapi Inc., Conrad has been instrumental in developing successful structures for several developers of major residential and commercial developments across the country. He also engages in estate planning and deceased estate administration on behalf of his clients.
In addition to an LLB qualification from the University of the Free State, Conrad is an admitted Conveyancer. With more than two decades of legal experience, his areas of expertise include:

SHANELLE OLCKERS

Shanelle is one of our Directors and heads up the Transfers Division. Her wide range of expertise covers an array of legal portfolios, including Conveyancing, Estates, and Notarial work.

In addition to property transfers, Shanelle enjoys working with soon-to-be-wed couples who seek advice on matrimonial property systems and antenuptial services.
She is extremely precise and thorough in all she does. She has a gentle and kind demeanor and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients and any staff member in the firm.
Shanelle discovered her passion for the property industry early in her career and hence commenced practicing conveyancing on a full-time basis. Her meticulous nature enables her to deal with the daily challenges encountered in property transfers, bond registrations and cancellations, and all other aspects of a conveyancing services practice, where the work must be always accurate and precise.
For Shanelle, being effective, giving exceptional quality of service, and embracing a strong work ethic are what matters most.
Shanelle also enjoys training people and has been requested on various occasions to present topics of interest to estate agents and private groups.

As regional director, Lesley represents the interests of the Phatshoane Henney Group of Associated Law Firms at the firm and is responsible for strategic aspects of the Phatshoane Henney Group at the firm, monitoring compliance by the firm with the Phatshoane Henney Group Standards, and overseeing the implementation of specialist legal services at the firm to enhance the service offering of the firm to its clients.
Lesley is a practicing attorney and labour law specialist and litigator with extensive experience in labour and employment law as well as labour arbitration.
